We ship from our warehouse located in the United States.
We deliver only to the Continental United States (48 contiguous states).
We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Order & Shipping Time
Order Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri)
Transit Time: 5-10 business days (Mon-Fri) to the USA
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST)
Shipping Fee: ALL PRICES ARE FREE SHIPPING
Free Shipping Policy
All products on our website include FREE standard shipping to addresses within the Continental United States.
Tax Policy
All prices include all applicable taxes for delivery within the Continental United States. No additional tax will be added at checkout.
Non-Delivery Areas
We are unable to deliver to the following locations. Orders placed with addresses in these regions will be automatically cancelled and refunded:
- Alaska (AK)
- Hawaii (HI)
- Puerto Rico (PR)
- U.S. Virgin Islands (VI)
- Guam (GU)
- American Samoa (AS)
- Northern Mariana Islands (MP)
- All other U.S. territories and protectorates
- International destinations
- APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Address Verification
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate, complete shipping address within the Continental United States. We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Undeliverable orders due to address errors
- Orders returned to sender due to being outside our delivery coverage
If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address or being outside our shipping zones, we will issue a full refund for the product cost.
Order Cancellation for Non-Serviceable Areas
If an order is placed with a shipping address outside our delivery coverage, we reserve the right to:
- Cancel the order immediately
- Issue a full refund to the original payment method
- Notify the customer via email regarding the cancellation
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress on the carrier's tracking portal.
