Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on the majority of our products within the Continental United States!

Delivery Coverage Notice: We currently ship exclusively to the Continental United States (48 contiguous states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Free Shipping Policy

Most of our products qualify for FREE standard shipping to addresses within the Continental United States. This applies to our regular catalog items with standard weight and dimensions.

Special Product Shipping: Certain products—including but not limited to oversized items, heavy goods, or those requiring special handling—may incur additional shipping charges. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout based on the specific item's weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

Non-Delivery Areas

We are unable to deliver to the following locations. Orders placed with addresses in these regions will be automatically cancelled and refunded:

  • Alaska (AK)
  • Hawaii (HI)
  • Puerto Rico (PR)
  • U.S. Virgin Islands (VI)
  • Guam (GU)
  • American Samoa (AS)
  • Northern Mariana Islands (MP)
  • All other U.S. territories and protectorates
  • International destinations (Canada, Mexico, and all other countries)
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days.

How Shipping Costs Work

Our system automatically determines shipping costs at checkout:

  • Most Products: Automatically qualify for free standard shipping
  • Special Products: Actual shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination, then displayed in your order summary before you complete payment
  • Upgraded Shipping: Expedited and express options are available for an additional fee on eligible items

You will always see the final shipping cost (whether $0 or a specific amount) on the checkout page before submitting your order.

Address Verification

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate, complete shipping address within the Continental United States. We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Undeliverable orders due to address errors
  • Orders returned to sender due to being outside our delivery coverage

If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address or being outside our shipping zones, we will issue a refund for the product cost only; original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation for Non-Serviceable Areas

If an order is placed with a shipping address outside our delivery coverage (Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses), we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel the order immediately
  • Issue a full refund to the original payment method
  • Notify the customer via email regarding the cancellation

To avoid cancellation, please ensure your shipping address is within the 48 contiguous United States before completing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress on our website or the carrier's tracking portal.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date:
