PETSEE is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. If our products don't meet your expectations, you can easily return them within 30 days for a refund. You'll only need to cover the cost of return shipping.

Cancellation Policy

PETSEE accepts order cancellations before the product is shipped. Full Refund

Cancellation Rules

  • Before Shipment: If the order is canceled before shipping, you will receive a full refund.
  • During Processing: If the order has already been processed, a small fee may be deducted from the refund amount to cover costs incurred during order interception.
  • After Shipment: Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. You will need to follow the return process after receiving the item.
Note For orders that have already shipped, we will process your refund as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item(s). After approval, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

30-Day Return Policy

You may return your items within 30 days for any reason. Only the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Return Options

Self-Arranged Return

You can arrange the return shipment yourself using your preferred carrier.

Prepaid Return Label

We can provide a return shipping label, with the cost deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
  • Opened purifying liquid refills, desiccants, filters, and waste bags
  • Used pet litter mats, grooming brushes, and toys
  • Opened pet litter (for hygiene reasons)

Return Requirements

  • Returns must include all accessories and original packaging
  • All products should be cleaned prior to return
  • Units returned in unclean condition may be subject to a $50 cleaning fee deducted from your refund
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to product quality issues
  • PETSEE will bear shipping costs for returns related to product quality defects

Returns may be rejected if the product does not meet the above requirements.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return
  • For credit/debit card payments, refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement
  • All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records
Incomplete Address Returns If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an incomplete address or other reasons, and we are unable to contact the customer after three attempts, a refund will be issued with shipping costs deducted, as reshipment cannot be arranged. To avoid any delays or complications, please ensure your shipping information is accurate.

For product quality issues, please email us to initiate a return process. Once confirmed, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Important Please ensure that ALL RETURNS ARE SHIPPED TO PETSEE'S DESIGNATED RETURN ADDRESS. Unauthorized returns sent to other addresses may result in processing delays or rejection.

Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased your PETSEE product through a third-party retailer, you must coordinate the return directly with that retailer. We cannot process returns for items purchased through unauthorized channels.
